Financial Policies & Insurance
With the exception of elective and cosmetic procedures, we will bill your insurance plan as a courtesy to you. Please keep in mind that:
- It is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage.
- Our staff may not be able to call your insurance company at the time of your visit to obtain information about your benefits.
- Insurance policies may change and/or insurance representatives do not always give us correct or consistent information.
- In the event that your claim is denied due to errors or non-covered services, the patient is financially responsible for all services provided.
- Patients are responsible for co-payments, deductibles, and/or co-insurance at the time services are rendered.
- Payment for any procedure not covered by insurance will be collected the day you are seen for your appointment.
- As cosmetic procedures are considered elective, payment arrangements must be made prior to the procedure.
- Our office accepts financing through CareCredit® and KaraServus® (formerly known as ProCare). Visit their web sites to apply online.
