Ultrasound imaging services are available onsite by Shawnette Earwood, RDMS, RDCS, RTR, include:
- Standard ultrasound
- Advanced ultrasound
- Transvaginal ultrasound (for first trimester imaging)
- Doppler
- 4-D, the most recent advance in ultrasound technology
Typically, we perform a routine ultrasound between the 11th and 12th weeks, and the 18th and 22nd weeks of pregnancy.

Shawnette Earwood is a registered sonographer specializing in obstetrical and gynecological ultrasounds. Ask her about her track record in determining a baby’s sex!
For your convenience, Shawnette performs all of our ultrasounds at our clinic.
Typically, your regularly scheduled ultrasounds will be scheduled to take place at 11 to 12 weeks and 20 to 22 weeks.

4-D ultrasounds are NOT intended for diagnostic purposes and do NOT replace regularly-scheduled ultrasounds ordered by your care provider.

Sonographer
A life-long resident of northwest Arkansas, Shawnette has been a vital part of our practice for many years. She has had the opportunity to be involved in the care of hundreds of women and babies over the past decade. Shawnette received an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology at North Arkansas College in Harrison and the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. In 1998, she advanced her education by completing training from the Burwin Institute of Canada. She achieved her credentials in the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), the most recognized standard of excellence in sonography.
In 2006, our clinic began offering state-of-the-art 4-D ultrasound technology. Shawnette is expertly trained in providing parents with quality 4-D images that create life-long family memories.
